M&A International Inc provides global coverage, international exposure and local representation for our clients' transactions. Using the alliance, IBI can call on the knowledge and contacts of over 500 advisers in 41 countries around the world when developing a global database of potential acquirers or targets.
M&A International Inc professionals in 43 member firms are focused on the middle market (deals valued at €10m to €200m). The member firms closed 224 merger and acquisition transactions in 2009, worth a total of US$20.4bn.

On your behalf, a locally-based member of the alliance will move quickly to make the right approach. It will then manage the acquisition through to closure.
